The isolated rocky island of Skellig Micheal that rises out of the Atlantic ocean off the coast of Co Kerry.
It is a truly unique and incredible place, made even more famous by the recent Star Wars movies that were filmed there.
I wanted the painting to have a feeling of isolation and mystery to capture the island.
