A painting create of Glenlough Bay in Co Donegal. This is a place that has a rugged wildness to it with its tumbled down rocks and imposing cliffs.
The sea stacks that rise from the ocean are used by people for adventure climbing.
It was great use the rocks to create the depth and perspective and in the painting there are two distant figures on the beach which adds a sense of the scale to the sea stacks that rise from the sea.
It is a large painting at 32 x 24 inches so I poured a lot of work into it to create but it was worth it.
